Terms of use
Development draft · Updated October 28, 2026
Dialnook is an independent client for calls, messages and workspace management using a connected Twilio account. These draft terms describe the development service. The operating legal entity, support contact and applicable jurisdiction must be finalized before public launch.
Your account and connected service
Use accurate account information and protect your credentials. You must have authorization to connect a Twilio account and to use its numbers. Workspace owners control membership and number assignments. Members may only access information and communication capabilities granted to them.
Calls and messages
You are responsible for lawful use, recipient permissions and compliance with applicable calling, messaging and number-registration requirements. Availability depends on provider configuration, assigned numbers, enabled regions and network conditions. Dialnook is not an emergency-calling service and should not be used to contact emergency services.
Subscriptions and usage charges
Dialnook subscriptions and Twilio usage are separate. Twilio bills the connected account for eligible number rental and communications. Final Dialnook pricing, billing period and renewal terms must be displayed by the purchase provider before you confirm a transaction.
Apple purchases use the App Store purchase flow and may be managed in Apple subscription settings. Web purchases use the configured web billing provider. Restore purchases is available in the app where supported. A checkout redirect or local test purchase is not proof of a production entitlement; membership follows verified server/provider records.
Cancellation, refunds and billing disputes must follow the applicable payment provider process and consumer rights. No free trial, specific refund outcome or unlimited communications are promised by this draft.
Service and termination
The development service may be incomplete or unavailable. Abusive activity, unauthorized access and attempts to bypass permissions or limits are not permitted. You may sign out or delete your account subject to resolving active subscriptions and workspace ownership. Provider subscriptions must be cancelled separately where required.
Third parties
Dialnook is not affiliated with or endorsed by Twilio Inc. Twilio, Apple, RevenueCat and Stripe retain their own terms for the services they provide. These draft terms do not replace those agreements.
